Store bought Cakes or Cupcakes are allowed with reservations at least 24 hours in advance, may not be stored by Hidden Cove Sportsplex. A 50% deposit is due in order to finalize the booking of your party. If you choose to bring in your own decorations, you may do so. Pricing effective through December - 2012. Packages are only available when booked at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, deposit is forfeit. If more than 24 hours in advance a $25 cancellation fee will be charged and remainder of deposit returned on Gift Card redeemable at Hidden Cove Sportsplex.}
